At ChildrenLux, we strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our refund, exchange, and cancellation policies below.
Refund Policy
An item is eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
- The item has missing parts or accessories.
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
If none of the above conditions apply, a refund will not be possible. Instead, our exchange policy will be applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Policy
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging. Items must not be used.
- Shoes and shoe boxes must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Exchange within the GCC region is valid within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange.
- The shipping cost to and from ChildrenLux will be borne by the customer.
- ChildrenLux reserves the right to reject an exchange if the above conditions are not met.
- Return/exchange shipping fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
