STOCK AVAILABILITY
- Products added to your shopping cart are not reserved until your order has been fully paid and confirmed by us.
- Our website and customer service team may provide availability updates, but these are estimates and not guarantees. Due to real-time transactions and high demand, items shown as “in stock” may become unavailable by the time your purchase is finalized.
- We strive to ensure the accuracy of stock information; however, in rare instances, an item may become unavailable after you’ve placed your order. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund using the original payment method.
- ChildrenLux is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by such stock discrepancies. We encourage customers to complete their transactions swiftly to minimize the risk of availability issues.

PAYMENT FAILURE
If you have made a successful payment and have not received an order confirmation, please follow the below steps.
- If you successfully made the payment and have not been diverted back to the website, please email the screenshot along with the payment details to [email protected]
- If the payment has been deducted from your bank account / credit card but reflected as failed on our payment gateway, please email us a copy of your bank statement showing the transaction details with the date and time.
- Confirmation received from Payment Gateway would be final.
RETURN & REFUND
Please find below our basic product return & refund policy applicable on all orders.
Return Policy
An Item is eligible for refund in the below conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
If none of the above conditions then only exchange would be applicable.
Exchange Policy
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you and shouldn’t be used.
- Shoes and Shoe boxes should be returned in perfect condition, as it was received.
- Exchange within the GCC is valid within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact us at [email protected].
- The item shipping to and from us will be paid by the client.
- ChildrenLux reserves the right to reject the exchange in case the above criteria are not met
- Return/exchange shipping fee will be paid by the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION
- Order cannot be cancelled once shipped.
- Orders can be cancelled if delivery is delayed beyond 20 days for shipments within the UAE and GCC countries.
- Orders may be cancelled by the customer if delivery is delayed beyond 30 days for international shipments.
- ChildrenLux can cancel the order in case of non-availability of stock.
- ChildrenLux can cancel an order in case of natural calamities, strike or unforeseen condition
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Please find enclosed herewith ChildrenLux basic shipping & delivery terms.
ChildrenLux can either ship using their own logistic service provider or using 3rd Party logistic service provider.
- ChildrenLux aims to deliver your goods to you at the earliest.
- For UAE residents, it takes from 24 to 48 hours. Our designated courier service will contact you to arrange for the delivery. In case of no answer, your delivery might be delayed, whereby ChildrenLux will not be responsible.
- For GCC it can take between 3 to 8 days, door to door delivery. ChildrenLux will not be responsible for any delay that may result from customs clearance in the customer’s country however our team will follow up closely for earliest receiving of goods.
- For Other countries the order will take 4 to 10 days door to door delivery. ChildrenLux will not be responsible for any delay that may result from customs clearance procedure at customer’s country however our team will follow up closely for earliest delivery
- Shipment might get delayed due to any natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.
- The import duties and taxes for outside the UAE will be paid by the customer.
